Terms of Service
Last updated 16 June 2026
YieldMeister ("the Service") is operated by Dutchcode B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 90452151, established in Den Dungen, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the website or the API you agree to these terms.
The Service
YieldMeister is an information service: a comparison of European savings, term-deposit, T-bill and money-market rates, plus a developer API that returns the same data as JSON. It is provided as-is and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time.
Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor an offer or recommendation to deposit with any provider. You are responsible for your own decisions. Always confirm the current rate, conditions and deposit-guarantee scheme directly with the provider before acting.
Accuracy of data
We take care to keep rates current, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or up to date. Rows labelled sample are illustrative placeholders and must never be relied upon. Rows labelled live are fetched from a source but may still lag or contain errors.
Use of the API
The API is offered on a fair-use basis and, for paid plans, under the limits of your plan. You must not overload the Service, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or threatens the stability of the Service. A short attribution to YieldMeister is appreciated where the data is shown to your users.
Intellectual property
The website, its code, design, and the compiled rate dataset (the selection, structure and history we create) are owned by Dutchcode B.V. and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the data via the API in accordance with your plan. You may not resell or redistribute the dataset as a standalone product without a written licence. Underlying rate figures are facts and remain the property of their respective providers.
Availability
We aim for good availability but provide no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, source outages and changes can interrupt the Service. We are not liable for unavailability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from decisions made on the basis of the data. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or — if you use the Service for free — to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies and carries the date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Dutchcode B.V. has its registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
