Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 June 2026
This policy explains how Dutchcode B.V. (KVK 90452151, Den Dungen, the Netherlands), the data controller for YieldMeister, handles personal data. We keep data collection to a minimum and we never sell it.
What we collect
YieldMeister has no user accounts. When you visit, our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. If you send a message through the in-page feedback widget, we receive what you write, plus basic technical diagnostics about the error or page. The public API does not require personal data.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. Any storage we use is strictly necessary to operate the site.
Why we process it (legal basis)
We rely on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in running a secure, reliable service and diagnosing errors, and on your consent where you voluntarily submit feedback. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of EU-based processors under data-processing agreements: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security) and Sentry (error monitoring and the feedback widget, configured to the EU region and not to send personal request bodies). They process data only on our instructions.
Retention
Request logs and error diagnostics are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability, then deleted or aggregated. Feedback is kept for as long as it is useful to act on it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. To exercise a right, email us at support@dutchcode.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
International transfers
We prefer EU processing. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, it is covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the version in force carries the date shown above.
